Welcome!
I'm glad you're here.

Have you been feeling dissatisfied with life and trapped by your own achievements? - (and feeling guilty for even wanting something else?) Find yourself spending more and more time scrolling through social media looking at other people's seemingly free lives?

Ready for a change?  - You're in the right place!

Working together in counselling, you will get to really know yourself, figure out what's missing, find ways to connect with your creativity, and make room for joy.

Let's get started!

About Me

Hello!

I'm glad you're here.

I'm HeatherI've felt trapped by my own choices, and know how frustrating, confusing and isolating it can be. I had to take a risk and make a change, even when I felt so afraid that it wouldn't work out - and found that by taking one step at a time I could prove to myself that change is possible. I've learned how to listen to myself and make the adjustments needed to live a life that I love and works for me.

If any of this rings true for you, I'm here to help. Having someone to support you can make a world of difference.

I was awarded an MSc in Counselling Psychology by Keele University in 2016 and am a BACP Registered & NCPS Accredited Registrant - and would love to support you as you build a life that you love to live.
